Par-a-dox Farms is a 530 acre grass and working cow/calf operation. The middle 1800’s plantation house was started to be renovated in the 1990’s. A problem arose and the farm was sold, after being in the same family for over 100 years. Thus Par-a-dox Farms was established. It has taken four and a half years to finish the renovations and is now opened as a bed and breakfast. It is located in farm and cattle country in northern Fleming County near the three small towns of Nepton, Ewing and Mays Lick, Kentucky. The house is a country farm home with a relaxing atmosphere. It has the look of eleven rooms and three and a half baths. It has a 45 feet long great room with a living area, a new open plan kitchen and dining area with a harvest table that seats twelve people comfortably. There is a formal dining room and formal parlor in the old section of the house. Up a spiral stairway is a recreational room with a pool table, treadmill and a sitting area to watch TV. There are also three guest rooms and two baths at the front of house that you can enter from the old part of the home by the 1850’s open stairway.
